Delayed Transfusion Audit
Audit to Explore the Occurrence of Delay when Treating Patients with Red Blood Cell Transfusion This audit aims to explore further the occurrence of and reasons for transfusion delay in the transfusion process for same day red blood cell transfusions in inpatient hospital setting.
