As Transfusion 2024 transitions into Transfusion Transformation, we remain committed to implementing findings from the Infected Blood Inquiry, working closely with stakeholders, including patients and the public, to deliver key quality improvements. We have been made aware of a technical issue affecting the blood transfusion shared care communication form. The shared‑care blood transfusion communication form was developed and is owned by the National Blood Transfusion Committee (NBTC) Shared Care Working Group with input from SHOT.
