Help Shape the TP Professional Development Framework

An email will soon be sent to all Transfusion Practitioners (TPs) across England, inviting you to help shape the section that outlines the purpose of the Professional Development Framework for Transfusion Practitioners.

This draft section has been developed using insights shared by TPs through surveys, Padlets, and webinars, and has been refined in collaboration with the framework working groups.

Your feedback is vital to ensuring the framework truly represents the TP community. Please keep an eye on your inbox and take part in the consultation, which will run from 13 to 24 October.

This is our third soundbite – with just one more to come! Let’s keep the momentum going and make sure every TP voice is heard.
