Would you like to help reduce risk, prevent harm and improve experience of anti-D treatment in pregnancy?

In April, NHSBT is launching the 2026 National Comparative Audit on the use of prophylactic anti-D in pregnancy. Despite longstanding national guidance, the release of a national safety alert, and availability of tools to support safe practice, SHOT data continue to show high numbers of errors linked to anti-D administration which carry a real risk of RhD alloimmunisation.
